Choose the internal action from the dropdown on the card. Its options appear below once chosen, or connect a value to the separate Action handle to choose the action dynamically at runtime instead, overriding the dropdown.
Connect an event to Event to run the action: this is currently the only way to trigger it from the card; there's no control for running it on a value change or at workflow startup.
